It all starts with a meeting: two co-founders with complementary profiles, who decided to build the agency they’d have dreamed of finding.

Nour Said, Product Owner and co-founder. I love projects that start as a vague idea and end up concrete and useful. After learning the craft in a large group, I wanted to put that energy at the service of companies that want to move fast and well. I bridge two worlds that rarely speak to each other: strategic vision and technical execution. I frame, I prioritise, I deliver, and I get hands-on with automation and AI for concrete solutions, not just nice slides.

Momen, co-founder and developer, is the technical and creative engine of the agency. A seasoned developer, he turns ideas into products that work, and drives the content creation and LinkedIn strategy that give our clients a voice. His Arabic-speaking background opens wide the doors of the MEA region, where few French agencies manage to establish themselves.

Together, we built an agency that looks like us. Because SMEs deserve the same standards as large groups, without the heaviness or oversized budgets. Demanding, agile and direct, designed to stay as close as possible to our clients’ real needs: Nomency is a 360° digital agency that puts AI, web, branding and social media at the service of their real growth, in France and across the MEA region.
